Why healthcare leadership?
From aging societies and access to care to innovation, prevention, and public trust, healthcare requires leaders who can listen, collaborate, and think across borders. GHY gives students an early, structured way to explore these challenges before choosing a future path.
Health challenges cross countries, cultures, and disciplines, making global collaboration essential.
Students learn to connect data, science, and policy with real people and communities.
No prior healthcare expertise is needed. Curiosity and motivation are the starting point.
