The four-day program is designed so international university students can support younger participants as mentors, facilitators, and discussion partners.

Day 1 / August 27

Lunch & Icebreak / Speaker Session

Join mixed teams of Japanese high school students and university students from overseas. You will help create an English-friendly atmosphere, support introductions, and connect speaker insights to the questions each team wants to explore.

Day 2 / August 28

Fieldwork

Visit companies, research settings, or local sites with your team. Your role is to help students observe carefully, ask better questions, and translate real-world context into themes they can discuss.

Day 3 / August 29

Discussion

Facilitate team discussion across language and cultural backgrounds. You will help students compare perspectives, structure arguments, and turn fieldwork observations into a clear proposal direction.

Day 4 / August 30

Presentation

Support students as they prepare and deliver their final presentations. You will help them refine messages, practice delivery, and connect their ideas to a broader international audience.
